Griffin brothers have fun!

Hot on the heels of my last update, I have news about our 96th member of the Cherry Lakes 30+ club and some good catches.
The Griffin family have been staying this week in the Cottage and Heron Lodge. Robert Griffin has been fishing from the Cottage swim and has so far landed 6 Carp including a good looking Mirror of 28lb, pictured below, and a Fully Scaled Mirror of 20-08.
Robert has been ‘trumped’ by his brother John, fishing from Heron Lodge….not by the number caught, as John has landed three Carp…but by the fact that John has landed mirror Carp of 32-12 and 28-01. It will be interesting to see what the final result will be! keep it up lads!
Chris and Jason Cousins recently had a great weekend break in Pochard Lodge on Cherry Mere. They landed some 12 Carp including this 22lb Mirror to Chris below. They sent me some great photos but due to all the Carp being caught I cannot use more than 1 of them! Thanks for sending the photos to me and well done to you both.
