Mike Booth’s holiday magic

Mike Booth said he had a magic holiday  when he stayed in Grebe Lodge for a week. Unlike last time when Mike blanked, he really got amongst the Cherry lake Carp this time when he landed 13 Carp to 28-04. He beat his PB at least 4 times last week (he had 4 twenties including the 25-08 Common below). Mike has unsurprisingly re-booked the same week for next year.

I have copied Mike’s opening line from his e mail to me which sums up what he said to me on Thursday evening:-

‘I would like to thank you both for all your help in making my visit the best week of fishing I have ever had, I finished the week with 13 Fish.’. ‘Every fish beat my previous PB’.
